I’m Sridhar Swaminathan aka Sniper, a passionate designer, storyteller, and creative problem-solver with over 13 years of experience in digital consumer and communication design. Currently, I serve as a Individual Design Consultant, where I lead design efforts to shape impactful user experiences and other design requirements. Beyond my corporate journey with industry leaders like Amazon, Freshworks, Zeta, and Mobile Premier League, I also co-founded two startups—Async (Upshotly) and Layerpath, each focusing on innovative SaaS solutions to solve real-world problems.

A Journey Rooted in Creativity and Curiosity

I grew up in both Madurai and Chennai, immersed in a world of art and science. My mother’s talent as a Tanjore painting artist and my father’s hands-on physics lessons—complete with chalk diagrams on cement floors—ignited my love for creativity and logic. These formative experiences laid the foundation for my design journey, blending aesthetics with problem-solving.

A Multifaceted Personality

I’m not just a designer—I’m a gamer, gadget enthusiast, biker, and a (proudly ambidextrous) creative explorer. My interests range from doodling and photography to collecting memorabilia and touring on my bike. I’m also an unapologetic dog lover and a self-declared Batmaniac, often into the fantasy world of tech and gadgets.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me playing Dota2 or Call of duty with friends, belting out random tunes, or indulging in some Cartoon network classics. And yes, I’m a veggie-loving teetotaler who believes in living life with balance and humor.

With a background in B.Sc. Visual Communication, a Diploma in Communication Design, and certification as an Adobe Designer, I’ve developed expertise in product design, branding, visual design, and game UI. My ability to bring creativity and humour into my work fosters a positive and dynamic environment for both personal and professional growth.
